    Description

1942 Buick Special NOS upper radiator hose 1393225
    Product Description
NOS genuine GM inlet radiator hose (upper hose), part number 1393225. This fits 1942 Buick Special (40 Series), but this hose is
    only
for the A-body cars. Those were the short wheelbase models based on Fisher's Chevrolet body. This included models 44, 44C, 47, 48 and 48S.
This hose will not fit the standard B-body Specials, which are much, MUCH more common than the A-body cars. If you have one of these A-body cars, you know all about it.
This hose is the much older style which looks like it has the fibre-type electrical tape wound around it, but that is just the way the hose is built - it does NOT have tape on it - that look is molded right in. I'm wondering if hoses manufactured either before or after the War was what made the difference in this older style and the newer style hoses which are more or less smooth.
    Brand new, never installed.

    Shipping - Payment
A few words to make things easier.
    1. Combined shipping for multiple auctions is always available, but when the auction is over, you will have to wait until I revise things in my eBay "paperwork" to create just one invoice for all your purchased auctions.  And I have to do the revising
    BEFORE
you pay.  If auctions are paid separately (i.e. before you receive my invoice combining items), eBay will no longer then let me combine them on one invoice.
    AND
, eBay then automatically charges you separate shipping charges for each item, which is not refunded.  Again, this is eBay's set-up.  Combining auctions benefits you by saving you shipping and handling fees.
    2. Payment is expected within 3 days.  After 8 days, I will file with eBay to have my auction fees refunded.  If there is a problem with 3 days, please let me know, as I am not unreasonable, and I know that things happen.  Just be aware that having been on eBay full-time for several years has already afforded me an opportunity to hear a lot of "creative" stories.
    Thanks for your bid.
