Antique Victorian Simons Bros. rose gold-filled thimble.
Thimble has the Simons Brothers maker’s mark and trefoil mark above it, indicating it is gold-filled.
The textured background on the band has a monogrammed "M" etched in old English and marked “8” on the band. I assume this is the thimble size.
The thimble is in excellent vintage condition with no visible problems.  It will make a nice addition to your collection.
