Description

This coolant filtration kit removes contaminates such as the casting sand and metal shavings caused by the casting and machining process when your engine was fabricated. Filtering these contaminates prolongs the life of your Diesel engine's water pump, EGR cooler and engine oil cooler. This kit includes all fittings, hardware and hoses needed for installation. The filter can be easily unscrewed for replacement. We recommend replacement of the first filter after 500 miles and replacement of the second and third filters after 3,000 miles respectively. After 3 changes have occurred, filter replacement is recommended once a year. We include a TRUE Baldiwn water/coolant filter vs a generic non branded filter that is probably not even a water/coolant filer as well.
