Item Features:
1.The steam/accumulated pressure will cause the temperature to rise. The LS engine has 4 corners for a reason and we recommend connecting them to all modified engines by any means possible.
2.When steam is trapped at elevated pressure, it creates unsafe tuning conditions that can lead to pre-explosion, head gasket failure, lean cylinders leading to piston failure, etc.
3.This is a vapor discharge coolant crossover system for LS based engines.
Many LS engines are not shipped from the factory with a four-corner balanced steam exhaust system. This can lead to different temperatures in the different cylinders of the engine and other failures
4.We hand bend and check each line to ensure a perfect fit!
5.The supplied front common line that returns steam and coolant to the radiator will accept rubber hoses. This wire can also be removed and you can connect the AN style wire directly to the manifold block.
6.This system is ideal for nitrogen, turbo, boost, pre-boost and other high performance applications on LS1 engines.

Note:
1. This kit will clear factory knock sensors on Gen 3 engines.
2. For LS3 L92 and other heads have the rear ports blocked off. This block off is a simple aluminum plug. You can knock this plug out from the bottom out (if heads are off) with a punch. It can also be carefully drilled out as our corner blocks seal off the top flat surface. DO NOT enlarge the hole size overall. Care must be taken to not let aluminum chips fall into the head passage so we suggest multiple careful drills with vacuuming in between and possibly greasing the drill bit.
