NOS in factory package Leviton Kwikchange Brown 773 Single gang 3 Device Cover Plate and Device Mounting Bracket.
Unique Design is NOT interchangeable with Despard Devices.
Comes with a Kwikchange instruction / wiring diagram sheet.
You will have trouble finding this at the hardware store!
Absolutely new and never installed.  Some scuffs and oxidation noted but otherwise excellent.
Rare and unique.

Note: Plate is old and fragile and will break if you over tighten the screws.  No returns on plates broken from mis-installation.
These originally came with plain steel screws I will substitute color matched ones if requested.
