Vintage NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY Large Coffee Mug/Beer Stein RARE! MINT!

Description

Vintage Northeastern University coffee large mug beer stein by American Decorators Inc., Trenton NJ.  This rare, majestic vintage mug features the Northeastern University banner.  The mug is a creamy white color, and the plaque is red, green, black and gold.  The inscription on the scroll, “Lvx Vertas Virtvs,” Light, Truth, Courage, is Northeastern University’s motto.  A fabulous gift for a Northeastern student, grad, or alum, including yourself!  This solid mug weighs just under 2 ½ pounds, and is approximately 5 ¾ inches tall and 6 inches wide, including the handle, with a base diameter of approximately 5 inches. It will hold 22+ ounces of your favorite beverage.  Mint condition!  Appears to have never been used.  Likely a former display piece.
The dark areas in the gilding are just reflections of the surroundings.
