Vtg Estate Find Buttons Thimble Shell Spoon Sterling? jewelry box trinkets lot

This is a mixed lot of vintage items-- includes a little blue plastic thimble-- some new old stock buttons on card (card shows some wear) Some various pink buttons, a couple black buttons that look to have some age-- a little celluloid? nail file holder--a tiny little teddy bear, a tiny sea shell,  and shell spoon that is marked but I can't read it- its also engraved on top as you can see in one of the photos-- may or may not be silver?  Listed as found and sold as shown---- Please enlarge photos for better details of items and condition.
